GATE 2019 (Grand Aptitude Test in Engineering) is considered one of the most prestigious national level examination to get admissions into various undergraduate subjects in science and engineering. This year GATE 2015 exams are jointly arranged by Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Science ( IIT Delhi, IIT Bangalore, Madras, Roorkee, Guwahati, Kanpur, and IIT Kharagpur.)
Examination for all the 24 subjects (papers) will be conducted as ONLINE Computer based test (CBT). The online examination paper will contain some questions for which numerical answers must be keyed in by the candidate using a virtual keypad. Rest of the questions will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type. The Candidates will use ONLY an on-screen virtual calculatorprovided for the examination.
- A candidate can appear only in ANY ONE paper of the GATE examination.
- GATE 2019 examinations will be held during the forenoon and afternoon sessions on 2nd, 3rd,9th & 10th of February 2019.
- Examination for some of the papers in GATE 2019 may be held in multiple sessions.
- However, a candidate can appear for the examination in one session ONLY.

- Candidates have to register and fill the application via ONLINE mode ONLY at GATE

GATE 2019 Results
As everyone knows that GATE exam notification is released every year. This year also IIT has planned to conduct examination from 9:00 am on Saturday, 2 February and ends on Sunday, 10 February 2019 for a various discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Electronics & Communication, Ceramic, Computer Science, EIC. GATE 2019 Answer Key
After the commencement of Gate exam, all the top GATE coaching academies in India including ACE and Made easy are going to release the answer key branch wise where you can check out the details of answer key set wise you can verify out them and get a rough estimation of GATe score and whereas the gate result date is already officially announced by the gate.iitm.ac.in the IIT Madras is conducting this year’s GATE 2019 examination with it’s personnel.

Soon after the five IITs were set up, Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had realized that to keep pace with the ever changing world of science and technology, it is necessary to collaborate closely with the outside world. The Kanpur Indo-American Programme (1962-1972) at IIT-Kanpur was a stride in this direction. During the period 1962-72, the Institute received technical assistance under KIAP from a consortium of nine leading Institutions of U.S.A. Under the program, faculty members from these Institutions assisted the Institute in the setting up of the academic programs and development of laboratories for instruction as well as research
